This series of tin boxes is called "Elegant", and the name actually fits quite well! Here I have created a more classic and stylish expression, based on Mauds Manufaktur's own design elements, which I have also been lucky enough to design.

The colors are deep and classic, and the patterns are feminine with florals and leaves, in a calm and timeless way. It is the kind of box that you'd like to have lying around, either in your knitting bag or on the table, because it is simply beautiful to look at.

These small tin boxes hold small necessities such as stitch markers, needles and other small things, and fit perfectly into Mauds Manufaktur's assortment. And even though they are practical, it is always a little extra nice when practical things also look nice, right?

I created these illustrations for Mauds Manufaktur, and they have been used on small metal boxes for knitting accessories. Mauds Manufaktur sells knitting accessories to yarn shops all over Scandinavia, so it is really nice to get the chance to design and illustrate for Mauds.

The goal was to create a summer collection that feels light, colorful and a little retro, and that gives you that good summer feeling. I have drawn retro-inspired ladies knitting on the beach, sunscreen next to them and a beach towel underneath. There is a bit of nostalgia, color and a lot of summer vibes..

The idea is that these boxes should not only be practical, but also add a little extra joy to your knitting bag or DIY space.

This illustration was created with Christmas cards in mind. It shows a snowman making snow angels with his friend, a little bullfinch.

The illustration recreates the childhood joy of playing in the first snow, and the excitement of looking forward to Christmas!

The illustration is made with watercolor paint, gouache and colored pencils, and digitally refined in Procreate to add text and final details.

The text is hand-drawn, as is the small text in the speech bubble by the little bullfinch.

This is my latest illustration, "Meeting in the Woods," where I've used a combination of watercolor, gouache, colored pencils (both regular and watercolor), and fineliner.

The illustration shows a sweet and curious meeting between a fox and a little mouse wearing glasses, and carrying a large pinecone. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes this illustration perfect for children's books or perhaps as an illustration for puzzle? I've focused on details and colors to create a playful and imaginative forest scene that will appeal to both children and adults.

This illustration captures a moment of calm and friendship, with two girls sitting together enjoying the magnificent view of the fjord in Vågå, Norway.
